Our Story

For over thirty-eight years, orthopedic surgeons Bob Eubanks and Paul Fellers have dedicated their lives to providing surgical interventions in underdeveloped countries. Their journey began in Fairhope, Alabama, and has since evolved into a mission that spans the globe. In 1999, Bayside Medical Missions was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, focusing on long-term healthcare solutions in Ecuador. By collaborating with local physicians, BMM ensures that quality medical care reaches those who need it most, embodying a spirit of love and compassion.
