Our Story

Bay Cove Human Services began in 1974 with a single program, Andrew House, a medically-supervised alcohol detoxification unit. Over the past 48 years, Bay Cove has expanded its services to include a comprehensive range of treatment options for individuals facing substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and homelessness. With over 175 program locations throughout Greater Boston and southeastern Massachusetts, Bay Cove employs more than 2,000 dedicated human service professionals committed to making a difference.
