The Batesville Community Education Foundation was established to provide additional funding for innovative learning opportunities that go beyond the basics in academics, athletics, and the arts in the Batesville public schools. Since its inception in the 2007-08 school year, BCEF has evolved from a small volunteer organization into a vital nonprofit partner of the Batesville schools, supported by dedicated staff and proven board leadership.
In the fall of 2024, BCEF awarded a total of $5,000 in grants, funding various projects that enhance educational opportunities for students in the Batesville Community School Corporation.
