The Batavia Community Recreation League was founded in 1960 to offer recreational activities for children in the Batavia Local School District. Starting with Knothole baseball, the league has expanded to include various sports such as softball, basketball, cheerleading, soccer, and volleyball, serving approximately 700 children annually.
BCRL positively impacts the lives of around 700 boys and girls aged 5-17 each year, providing them with essential opportunities for organized sports, community engagement, and youth development.
