Our Story

The Barnabas Almsgiving Fund was founded by a compassionate group from Ann Arbor, Michigan, who witnessed the dire needs of fellow Christians during mission trips. Inspired by a local individual’s dedication to supporting orphans and destitute Christians in India for over 30 years, the Fund was established to provide financial aid while adhering to IRS regulations. Incorporated in Michigan and granted 501(c)(3) status in 2012, the Fund connects generous donors with individuals in need both domestically and internationally.
