Better Together Fund

Our Story

The Better Together Fund was established in 2016 to provide essential financial assistance to Associates facing natural or manmade disasters. Responding to the urgent needs expressed by Associates, the fund has evolved to support those affected by domestic violence and the hardships brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Governed entirely by a Board of Directors and Grant Selection Committee made up of Associates, the fund ensures that support is tailored to the community it serves.

Impact

Since its inception, the Better Together Fund has disbursed grants ranging from $500 to $3,000, providing emergency funding to Associates of Banfield, BluePearl, and VCA. This initiative has made a significant difference in the lives of many, ensuring that 100% of donations go directly to those in need.
