For nearly a decade, BRHP has served as the Regional Administrator for the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program, helping families transition to safe, healthy, and economically vibrant communities.

Currently, BRHP provides over 4,300 low-income families with rental assistance through Housing Choice Vouchers, coupled with essential counseling support. This initiative empowers families to move from areas of concentrated poverty to areas of opportunity across Baltimore City and its surrounding counties.
