The Baltimore Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC), sponsored by IBEW Local 24 and the Maryland Chapter of NECA, has been a cornerstone of electrical training in Maryland for over 50 years. As the first registered trade program in the state, it has successfully trained more than 2,500 apprentices, equipping them with the skills needed for rewarding careers as union electricians.
