About BALIF Foundation
The BALIF Foundation was established to enhance the remarkable achievements of BALIF over the past 35 years. Initially focused on increasing the number of LGBTQI judges, the Foundation now provides a diverse array of programs aimed at supporting LGBTQI judges, public servants, private attorneys, and law students. Located in the heart of the LGBTQI community, the Foundation is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive legal profession.
Impact of the Foundation
Despite significant progress in civil rights for the LGBTQI community, challenges remain, particularly for LGBTQI youth, especially those who are transgender and/or people of color. The Foundation's initiatives are crucial in addressing these disparities.
