About Bailey's Human Rescue

Bailey's Human Rescue, Incorporated (BHR) is a dedicated nonprofit organization based in Johnston County, North Carolina. Established as the first Trap Neuter Return (TNR) program in the area, BHR aims to combat the domesticated animal overpopulation crisis through humane methods and community education. The organization believes that humans hold the responsibility for the welfare of domesticated animals and advocates for solutions that do not involve extermination.
