Awakening to God Ministries was founded by Gerard and Jeannie Long, who have experienced both profound joy and deep sorrow throughout their thirty-nine years of marriage. After a life-changing encounter with God in 1980, Gerard transitioned from a successful banking career to serve in ministry, helping churches across the United States. Following the tragic loss of their daughter, they felt a divine calling to share their journey of faith, grace, and redemption.
