Our Story
The Auxiliary of St. Joseph's Health Hospital, established in 1869 by five Sisters of St. Francis, has a long-standing commitment to serving the needs of Syracuse's first hospital. With approximately 600 dedicated members, the Auxiliary has evolved over the years, officially forming in 1888, and continues to support St. Joseph’s Health through various fundraising programs and service projects.
Impact
Since the 1990s, the Auxiliary has donated over $9.2 million to St. Joseph’s Health Hospital, enhancing numerous programs and services.
