Our Story

The Autism Employment Network began as a pilot project at Progress City in 2018, evolving into a 501(c)(3) organization in 2021. This initiative focuses on empowering adults with autism to live independently through life skills, coaching, counseling, and vocational programs.

Impact

With over 85% unemployment among adults diagnosed with autism, the Autism Employment Network provides a safe space for individuals on the spectrum to gain meaningful workplace experience and prepare for fulfilling careers.
