In the wintry depths of 2020, a dedicated group of experienced gardeners and friends came together to create Aurelia’s Garden. This initiative was born out of a desire to supply locally grown produce to food pantries in MetroWest Boston, addressing the urgent issue of food insecurity exacerbated by the pandemic.
Aurelia’s Garden has successfully distributed approximately 750 lbs of organically grown produce to local food pantries, significantly contributing to the healthy meals available for those in need during these challenging times.
