Our Story

The Atlanta University Center Consortium, Inc. was established in 1929 to support its member institutions: Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Morehouse School of Medicine, and Spelman College. As the oldest and largest association of historically Black colleges and universities, it fosters collaboration and community engagement.

Impact

With a remarkable economic contribution of $1.1 billion to the local economy, the AUC Consortium has produced over 3,000 graduates through its Dual Degree Engineering Program, addressing the critical underrepresentation of minorities in STEM fields.
