Our Story

Atlanta Unbound Academy (AUA) is a K-8 public charter school community founded by HBCU alumni, dedicated to providing a rigorous and culturally-rich education to students in Atlanta. The academy mirrors the experience of Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) by delivering a self-empowering education that does not compromise academic rigor.

Impact

100% of middle school students increased their proficiency in core academic subjects by at least 3% from the previous school year, with a student attendance rate of 55%.
