Our Story
In the late 1950s, Boston's urban renewal efforts led to the demolition of the West End community. By the early 1970s, residents of the Fenway faced similar threats, prompting the formation of the Fenway Community Development Corporation in 1973. This organization was established to preserve affordable housing and advocate for community interests.
Our Impact
Each year, Fenway CDC enhances the lives of over 2,500 residents by providing access to affordable housing, social services, education, food, and financial stability.
