Our Story

Assistance & Resource Center, Inc. (ARC) was established in 2008 in response to the growing needs of the River Falls community. Formed by local Pastors, ARC evolved from the Community Volunteer Interfaith Coalition (CVIC), which had been aiding families for nearly two decades. As economic challenges increased, the need for a centralized resource became evident. ARC was created to streamline assistance, allowing families to seek help from one organization rather than multiple churches. In 2013, services expanded to include the Ellsworth School District, furthering its mission to support those in need.

Our Impact

Over the past 15 years, ARC has provided more than $1.2 million in direct assistance, helping thousands of households in River Falls and Ellsworth meet their basic needs during financial hardships.
