Lend a Hand India prepares youth for employment and entrepreneurship opportunities by integrating vocational education with mainstream education. Collaborating with government schools, the organization aims to enhance employability skills, particularly for girls.

With direct implementation in over 150 schools, Lend a Hand India has positively impacted more than 10,000 students and partnered with state governments to reach over 1 million students across 13,000 schools.
