Our Story

The Asiyah Women’s Center is a vital emergency center located in New York City, dedicated to addressing the unique needs of the Arab, Middle Eastern, Muslim, South Asian (AMEMSA), and Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) populations. Established in 2018, it stands as the oldest and largest center providing holistic support for domestic violence victims.

Impact

Since its inception, the center has assisted over 1000 women and families across the tri-state area, offering temporary housing and empowering them to become strong, independent individuals.
