Our Story
Founded in 2001 by four dedicated women, Asians Against Domestic Abuse Inc. (AADA) emerged from a profound need for culturally sensitive support for Asian and MENA women facing domestic violence. With backgrounds in volunteer social work and personal experiences that highlighted the gaps in available services, these women established AADA to provide compassionate assistance to those with limited English proficiency. Their mission is to ensure that no woman suffers in silence due to cultural barriers.
