Our Story
Established in 1986, Asian Pacific Health Care Venture Inc. (APHCV) has been a beacon of health and wellness in Los Angeles County. Initially starting as a primary care program, APHCV has evolved into a comprehensive nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential health services and education. With the opening of its first community health center in 1997, APHCV has expanded to four locations, ensuring that underserved populations receive the care they need.
From youth empowerment initiatives to critical health education on HIV/AIDS, tobacco prevention, and chronic disease management, APHCV has consistently addressed the pressing health issues facing the community. The organization’s commitment to accessible healthcare is exemplified by its partnerships with local schools, including a health center on the campus of John Marshall High School, which serves students and their families.
