Our Story
Founded in 2015 in Boston, ACE NextGen aims to increase the representation of Asians in American leadership roles. Despite making up 5.6% of the U.S. population, less than 2% of leadership positions are held by Asians in various sectors. ACE NextGen provides a platform for young Asian Americans to connect, grow, and lead within their communities.
