The Asian American Women’s Political Initiative (AAWPI) is the only national-level political leadership organization dedicated to Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women. For over a decade, AAWPI has been building a robust political pipeline for low-income and immigrant AAPI women leaders in Massachusetts. With over 90% of alumni actively engaging in campaigns, advocacy, and public office, AAWPI is now expanding its mission nationally to inspire and support AAPI women across the country.
