Our Story

Founded in 2007 by sisters Judy Berman Silbert and Sandi Cottrell, ArtReach emerged in response to severe budget cuts that devastated arts education in San Diego public schools. The organization is dedicated to providing free art experiences to Title I schools, believing in the transformative power of art for youth. Over the years, ArtReach has grown to serve over 75,000 youth, connecting students with professional artists and fostering creativity and self-expression.
