Our Story

Artistas y Músicos Latinoamericanos (AMLA) is a dedicated non-profit organization based in North Philadelphia, founded in 2006. With a rich history rooted in the advocacy for Latino musicians, AMLA focuses on the development and dissemination of Latin music and culture, particularly among youth in the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Region.

Our Impact

AMLA has gained national recognition for its commitment to arts education, receiving prestigious awards such as the 'Growing Up Taller' award in 1997 and the Siempre Salsa Special Recognition Award in 2005.
