Our Story
In 2007, Philip Darko ventured into the slum community of Agbogbloshie, Accra, Ghana, for a social work assignment. Witnessing the dire poverty and need, he felt a divine calling to support the children living in these challenging conditions. This led to the establishment of a Bible Club, which grew into the nonprofit Arm of Hope in 2012, symbolizing a partnership with Hope Community Church in Pennsylvania. Over the years, Arm of Hope has expanded its reach, providing education, summer camps, and essential support to hundreds of children.
