Our Story

Established in 1991 during the first Iraqi War, Arlington EATS began as a community response to potential food shortages. Initially a food pantry, it evolved into a monthly service and merged with the Arlington Food Pantry in 2017, enhancing its mission to eliminate food insecurity in Arlington. In 2022, a permanent facility was opened, allowing for expanded services including a summer lunch program.

Impact

Arlington EATS distributes over 15,000 pounds of food weekly to 450 households, significantly addressing food insecurity in the community.
