Our Story

Founded in 1979 by Dr. Vince Scott and Donna Ohling, Arizona Training & Evaluation Center Inc, known as AZTEC, was established to provide safe and supportive services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Located in Arizona, AZTEC has dedicated over 45 years to creating community-based group homes and day programs that address the needs of an underserved population in the Southwest.
