The Arizona Center for Empowerment (ACE) is a member-led social justice organization dedicated to mobilizing undocumented working youth, adults, students, and LGBTQ individuals. Founded in response to the anti-immigrant sentiment and SB 1070, ACE has been at the forefront of advocating for economic, social, and racial justice since 2009. By organizing the multi-racial working class, ACE co-creates people-centered policies that foster equitable living conditions and a thriving economy for all.

Impacting Lives Through Grassroots Advocacy

ACE has successfully led campaigns like Prop 206, which raised the minimum wage and established paid sick days in Arizona. With over 2,500 community conversations held, ACE understands the needs of its members and has developed the People First Economy platform to tackle various social justice issues.
