Our Story
A-HOME was founded in 1985 by dedicated volunteers who recognized the urgent need for permanent affordable housing for seniors and disabled individuals in northern Westchester. Inspired by the Nehemiah Project, A-HOME began with shared housing and has since expanded to offer a variety of affordable housing solutions, supported by local civic and religious organizations.
