Our Story

Founded in 2012, Apprentice Learning is dedicated to improving Boston's high school graduation rates by providing middle school students with real-world work experiences. By partnering with local businesses and schools, the organization ignites passions and prepares students for future success in high school, college, and careers.

Impact

In the 2023-24 year, Apprentice Learning completed 186 apprenticeships, with 36% of eligible students landing summer jobs, showcasing the program's effectiveness in preparing youth for the workforce.
