Applied Epi was founded by frontline epidemiologists to address the critical need for accessible training in applied epidemiology. In 2020, the organization emerged to support public health responders worldwide who sought to utilize R but lacked the necessary training materials.

Our Impact

Since its inception, Applied Epi has trained over 2000 epidemiologists across 400 agencies, significantly improving the quality of applied epidemiological science globally.
