Our Story
Founded in 1934, the Appleton MacDowell Male Chorus is one of the longest-running male choruses in the United States. Named after the esteemed American composer Edward MacDowell, this chorus welcomes all post-high school men, creating a diverse community of musical talent. With over 550 concerts performed across more than 80 cities in the Midwest and Canada, the chorus has become a cherished part of the musical landscape.
