Our Story

Founded in 1965 by the Apostolic Christian Church, Highland Oaks is a not-for-profit senior care and retirement community located in Elgin, Illinois. Initially starting with just 31 sheltered-care beds, it has grown to meet the diverse needs of seniors in the community.
