About Anova

Founded in 2000 by Andrew Bailey, William Henkel, and Mary Beth Ludwig, Anova Education and Behavior Consultation Inc has transformed the landscape of educational and therapeutic support for children with autism and other developmental challenges. With a dedicated team of over 200 professionals, Anova operates two K-12 campuses in Santa Rosa and Concord, California, serving more than 200 students and their families.
