Our Story

In 2014, the vacant Sacred Heart School was transformed into Ann’s Heart, a welcoming space dedicated to serving the Phoenixville community. Guided by the mantra 'Do good and don’t lose too much money,' Ann’s Heart has become a beacon of hope, offering vital human services to those in need.

Impact

In the past fiscal year, Ann's Heart provided emergency shelter to 65 individuals and assisted 145 through housing case management. An impressive 86% of those served found permanent housing or long-term shelter, showcasing the effectiveness of the organization’s programs.
