Ann dedicated her life to helping children with special needs, serving as a Girl Scout Troop leader for girls with Down syndrome and translating children’s books into braille. Inspired by her mother’s legacy, ACF aims to provide help and hope to adopted and foster children with special medical needs, ensuring they thrive in a loving environment.
