Our Story
Founded in June 1998 by dedicated animal advocate Mrs. Terri Panszi, Animals Rescue Fund has been a beacon of hope for homeless animals in Muncie, Indiana. Initially operating from a small building with just 20-30 animals, Mrs. Panszi single-handedly managed the care, adoptions, and fundraising efforts. Today, ARF has expanded its services and moved to a larger facility at 1209 W. Riggin Road, thanks to the generosity of a special donor who allows ARF to operate rent-free. This support enables ARF to focus on its mission of rescuing and caring for animals in need.
