Founded by Naomi Gauntlett, Animals Can't Talk Rescue and Adoption, Inc. (ACT) has been a beacon of hope for unwanted, lost, and abused cats since its inception. With nearly 30 years of experience in animal rescue, Naomi has dedicated her life to advocating for the voiceless. After relocating to Pennsylvania in 2003, she established ACT to continue her mission of rescuing and rehabilitating cats in need.
