Animal Rescue Connections (ARC) has been dedicated to advocating for community cats since 2004. Based in Bulverde, Texas, this all-foster based organization focuses on educating the community about the humane treatment of cats while promoting Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) and adoption initiatives.
