Our Story

Founded in 1962, Guardian Angels of Elk River began as a community initiative to support the older population. With the backing of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and local leaders, the organization opened its first nursing facility in 1965. Over the years, it has expanded to offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, and hospice services, adapting to the evolving needs of seniors.

Impact

Today, Guardian Angels serves over 3,000 individuals and families annually across Albertville, Becker, Elk River, Otsego, and Zimmerman.
