The organization provides essential financial, emotional, spiritual, and legal support to those seeking to exit the abortion field, emphasizing that fewer workers lead to fewer clinics and ultimately, fewer abortions.

Since its inception, And Then There Were None has successfully assisted over 700 workers in leaving the abortion industry and has contributed to the closure of 48 clinics, providing vital therapy and support to help individuals heal from their traumatic experiences.
