Our Story

&Rise Women Inc. was founded by Jennifer Solarte, an entrepreneur and survivor of trauma. Established in Chicago in 2018, the organization empowers women survivors to become the best versions of themselves through educational resources, counseling, support groups, and coaching.

Impact

Since its inception, &Rise has positively impacted 4,764 women through events, 3,879 women through support groups, and 382 Chicago Public Schools students through consent culture workshops.
