The purposes for which the Corporation is organized are to engage in all lawful activities for which corporations may be organized under N.C.G.S. Section SSA-7, including but not limited to the following: To operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 50l(c) (3) and 170(c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code. In furtherance of these purposes, the Corporation shall act as a youth sports program. We run a travel baseball team and sports camps for kids. Donations help to pay for entry fee's equipment and rental fees.
