Our Story

Anchorage Community Land Trust (ACLT) has been a catalyst for change in the Mountain View community for over 18 years. Through collaboration with residents and partners, ACLT has transformed the neighborhood with affordable housing, public amenities, and vital infrastructure improvements. This commitment to community has led to significant investments, creating opportunities for hardworking families.

Impact

Over the past two decades, ACLT has invested $15.7 million in nine properties on Mountain View Drive, prompting an additional $45 million in commercial investments. Nearly 400 small businesses have benefited from over 3,000 hours of direct support, resulting in the opening of 17 new businesses in the community. ACLT’s efforts have significantly enhanced the quality of life for residents.
