Founded in 2013 in Charlotte, North Carolina, AMRAP 4 AUTISM was created by Becky and Rudy Thoms to raise awareness and support for families affected by autism, particularly their son Landon, who has severe non-verbal autism. What began as a local workout event has transformed into a nationwide initiative, engaging thousands of athletes across the United States.
