Our Story

In 2002, Chip Paillex and his daughter Kyra began a journey to combat hunger by donating surplus produce from their family garden to the Flemington Area Food Pantry. This small act of kindness blossomed into America’s Grow-a-Row, a thriving 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Today, with 423 acres across four farm locations, Grow-a-Row donates fresh fruits and vegetables to feeding organizations nationwide, while also educating individuals facing food insecurity on how to eat healthily.
