Our Story

The Southampton Rose Society, founded in 1976, is dedicated to educating the community about rose cultivation and horticulture. As the first New York State Chapter of the American Rose Society, it has grown to maintain several public gardens and host educational events.

With five public gardens, including the SRS Rose Garden at the Rogers Memorial Library, the society enhances community appreciation for roses and horticulture through workshops and events.
