Our Story

Founded in 1973 by Joe R. Garman, American Rehabilitation Ministry began its mission in the United States, inspired by experiences in prison ministry in Korea. The organization is dedicated to sharing the gospel of Jesus with incarcerated individuals, believing in the transformative power of faith. With a reach extending to over 1.8 million prisoners in the U.S. and international branches in Mexico, Africa, India, and the Philippines, ARM is committed to making a difference.

Impact

Each year, ARM sends 17,000 Bibles to 195 prisons and provides over 19,000 Bible studies, resulting in nearly 45,000 prisoners baptized into Christ through its programs.
